Hi, I have upgraded my case to premium last week. When I checked USCIS site for status, it showed in 'initial review' for 2 days, then it got moved back to 'Acceptance' state. Does this mean there is a RFE? The details on USCIS site doesn't tell it's a RFE. It simply says we have received petition on so and so date and mailed a notice about how we will proceed with the case. Can u plz help with ur experience.

My attorney sent education evaluation documents..
