My application was wrongly denied due to 3 years college degree. After that my lawyer and I decided to file an appeal won it, and got the I-140 approved.

I am sorry to hear that! What was the reason for the denial? If it is due to 3 years college I strongly advice you to go for an appeal. It is quite expensive (about $8,000-9,000) I paid for it) but you have 90% of chances to win. If for any reason your case is not strong enough to go for an appeal, there are many ways to keep your ass in the country, but I don't your situation in details so I can't give an advice. I believe you have about 30 days to appeal. In any case talk to a lawyer and let him/her do all the work. That is what I did.
