Hi,

I also applied my i 140 with a duplicate LC request on july 2nd 2007. just checked in to see any similar cases. Please update your profile once you got the approval.BTW My application is in NSC

Okay! Will keep you updated. More than four months has passed since I applied. One LUD on 8/12- no status change.

Cangratulations on approval!. A question, did your lawyer/employer get an RFE to obtain signature on duplicate copy of LC certificate?

Thanks esteem12. Mine was not a PERM case so I believe for old cases signature is not required. I am not sure though. I have been checking the status regularly no RFE's on my case.

mine was also a non-PERM case. I also didnt get any RFE. The IO verifies with DOL the details of the approved labor.
