Trackitt keeps cutting me off...going to give this one final shot

*Working in pvt. industry in R&D - developing scientific software
*Reviewer for 5 journals (1 editor) - ~ 20 papers reviewed (got 3 letters from editors as testimonial)
*Member Sigma Xi
*3 peer-reviewed publications, < 20 citations
*7 letters of recommendation (2EU, rest USA). Letters were a mix from industry, academia, national laboratory
*Letter from VP detailing my contributions and revenue generated by my work, 2 letters from University and Industry describing how my work is being used and the importance of my contributions

Had applied in regular processing and after 2 months got an RFE saying I did not submit initial evidence for any criteria. Lawyer thinks uscis lost my application package and resent the same material as response to RFE. Approval in a month
