What was the evidence? and why did you not submitted first? The attorney always ask for financial statement / tax filing for employer before filing I-140

Hi chucky83. My employer joined a PEO (professional employer organization: http://www.napeo.org/peoindustry/) this year which changed my employer of record. We had provided pay stubs showing my salary and annual YTD salary but in 2 documents (both employers of record) to show the full year's salary. I think it wasn't clear to them so they issued the RFE and we provided my W-2s to demonstrate the total wage earned. It was approved without issue after that. I hope that clarifies.
