Thanks so much. It has been so long time, it was so frustrating, because cannot do anything other than waiting.

I think the qualification or the publications you may need is what your attorney should be able to tell. I'm concerned that my case doesn't explain everything.
Just in case, my research focus is gene therapy approach for prostate cancer. I BELIEVE the research on heart disease would be number one priority for US people. So I cannot imagine that you'll have hard time to write up the application document. Please let me know if you need any other. Good luck!!
