My I140 case is pending for 280+ days in TSC service center but still no update. Any idea what would be the reason of such delay ? Few of my friends filled there case at the same time and recived their I140 approved in month of Apr 2015.

Any insight on this matter will be highly appreciated.

What is your visa type? Majority of H1B cases are delayed.

Thank you Srini. Currently, i'm holding H1B visa. As the priority date for EB1 is always current. Do you aware by any chance how many more additional days or month the USCIS is gonna take to take any action on long pending case like mine?
