Nope. I haven't. I guess 4 months and a week or two is the average time for NE center.

Hi Moka524, Nothing yet. I have inquired with my lawyer about raising service request. Let's see what he says. Ya it strange! However, I saw a few cases filed in the 1st week of June like you and me got RFE. At lease their cases were reviewed.

Thanks for your reply. My case is similar to yours! No review yet! No news at all! It is becoming scary. My lawyer told me that it still is in the current processing time, and USCIS is back up with many cases which explain the delay.

My lawyer also says he can not submit service request at this time as it is within normal processing time.

Congratulations! BTW, Did you raise a SR? I was just wondering because it seems like NSC is very slow nowadays when it comes to processing NIW cases. Thanks.

Thanks friends for your warm words. Hope you all will also hear good news soon, particularly moka524 ( as we filed almost the same day). No I did not raise SR. Attempted to do so last week, but the USCIS gave us error message that it was still within the normal processing time.

congrats on your approval. It seems they are working on June cases now so those August will have to wait for at least another month or two.
