I think we're roughly in the same boat. You'll be happy to know that in the pre-July rush, a lot of the previous applications were cleared. I know two applicants who had PDs of Aug 2004 (EB2) who received their green card. So I won't be surprised to see a 4 month movement in the next bulletin. The gating factor unfortunately is our 140s in TSC :)

what is the status of your 140 now? mine is efiling too and docs sent on 23rd July as per my attorney.. only Soft lud on 8/12 ,, nothing afetrthat

Hi , When you E-filed , did you receive any receipt Notice from USCIS apart from the onlilne receipt ? when did you send the doucments? have you received any notice from USCIS after they receive the docs or only Fedex / UPS confirmation only ?
