Discuss sridharagk's I-140 USCIS Case

Hello sridharagk. Small question. I could not get it answered in forums, so asking here. What address did you mail you petition documents to? Was it Texas. That's what I inferred from the site http://www.uscis.gov/i-140-addresses

That site says everyone under I140 regular processing files to Texas Center. Was wondering how did you conclude your center was nebraska. Was it after receiving a LINXXXXX receipt number?

Do you live in one of these states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, CNMI, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana,Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming?

My attorney told that he sent it to Nebraska and also when I check the status of my LINXXXXX on USCIS website, it says it is reviewed at Nebraska.

BTW, I live in CA.

I received my EAD last week. But still my I-140 is pending since July 25th

Today I called USCIS and they raised a service request. I am not sure, if this would impact the application either by delaying or forcing them to give RFE. Any thoughts will be appreciated.
