I hope your TPS will adjudicated soon. They will not touch your file until they decide the TPS case (My personal and some colleagues experience)

@yuva: Thanks for the info. My TPS is already approved. Given the trend of NCS cases, I am hoping to hear about my I-140 case within the next two months.

what is the date of your TPS receipt? Just want to get an idea of TPS approval timeline.

Congrats. Would you please share your credentials? Also did you hire a lawyer or you have filed your case by yourself?

@notoriousynk: thanks. Yes, happy for both of us! I have not applied i485 yet. Will do first thing next week.

@ ehsanjune20: Thanks. Ph.d. in environmental economics. Currently working as a research fellow in a federal agency. My current research project has been recognized by the White House Executive Office of the President (WH EOP). 3 recommendation letter- one from my dissertation advisor, one from dissertation committee member and one from the director of my current hosting office at the agency. And I believe little bit of luck too! I wish everyone a good luck!
