L1A or L1B - blanket/individual? I'm asking because I've seen all these criteria affecting decision making process, including how long it takes to adjudicate a case.

Raised an SR or scheduled an Info Pass appointment? With NSC processing for EB1C at Oct 02 '15, you should be able to do any of these to hopefully better get an idea! Hopefully because more often than not, they just respond back with a generic message, but I think that's your best bet!!
