Did you file your I-485 before I-140 approval? Or, you are filing I-485 after receiving approval?

@Siba: I filed my I-140 and I-485 concurrently and the I-485 is still pending.

@ gcforls: Thanks for your answer. Did the USCIS sent you a separate receipt for your I-485 application? If yes, when they sent you the receipt after your submission date?
