It's so annoying that the NSC currently is so slow. I filed my 140 on Feb 10, still no news.

Today I found one filed in Jan got approved. That's good news.

Hello, did you file I-485 too? If yes, did you file it concurrently with I-140 or not?

I filed I-485 on 7/26/2016 (RD).
Also, my I-485 case transferred to a different office notice on 11/4/2016.

I think NSC wants to focus on I-140 applications that were filed concurrently at the same time with I-485.. Almost all other I-140 transfers were filed non-concurrently after filing I-140.
