Hello Guys,
I need your opinion about chances of success for my case. My credentials are as below.
1. Doctorate in Physical Therapy, New York, 2015
2. Masters in Physical Therapy, California, 2011
3. Graduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science(Hons.), New Zealand, 2009
4. Bachelor's in Physiotherapy, India, 2008
* I have 9 Published papers. 3 as a first author, 1 as a second author and remain are as an co-author.
* I have published 2 Books with University Press. (One book have Nobel Price Nominee as a Co-Author)
* I have around 45 citations in total (around 20 if you count independent, I have not cited my own work, my peers in the papers have)
* I am reviewer for 19 Journals and have reviewed 30+ papers
* Editorial Board Member for 1 Journal
* 2 Major awards (International Significant Achievement Award and IAP Oration Award)
* 8 Major media (news papers) covering my research work 2 in US (Houston Chronicle and The Phoenix New Times in USA) remaining in India (Times of India, 2 times and Sandesh, DNA, Divya Bhaskar group)
* 1 Patent pending status with USPTO, already commercialized, will be in market in early 2017. (Patent bought by US company, production in India)
* I have 7 references ready to write letter (1 is Nobel prize Nominee, 1 from South Korea, 1 from Jordan, remaining in USA..out of 7 references 5 Independent and 2 known/worked together on project)
* I have participated in FDA Phase 1 and 3 clinical trials for pfizer pharma group and product is already in market, the one we tested as a result of our work.
* Lastly, I have a research group ready to file my EB1B.
Do you guys foresee any issues with my EB1B. I know citations are low. Apart from that any other issues you think?
Any suggestion to make case stronger? Should I go for Premium Processing? I am aiming for Texas Service Center.
