why is it in pending stage after 15 days ? RFE ?

No RFE.
Application receipt date was July 18th. I thought we applied through premium; however, on July 29th status changed to - request for PP received. So looks like the PP clock started from 29th orelse by today I should have known results.

In addition on 1st the status changed to - Receipt notice send by email on how we will handle your case...

Yes, I got the hard copy in my hand within a week from the approval date. It was kinda quick!
