Discuss pibe's I-140 USCIS Case

MAY. 25, 2006 RECEIPT I-140, I-485, I-765.
BUT NEVER RECEIVED ABOUT I-140
THE EMPLOYER NEVER RECEIVED ANY LETTER OF THE I-140 WE WERE TALKING WITH USCIS LAST FRIDAY AND THIS MONDAY TO REPORT THIS PROBLEM, THEY SAID THERE ARE A LETTER THAT THEY SEND US SEP. 13, 2006 AND EXPIRED DEC. 06, 2006 WE SEND LAST FRIDAY 15, 2006 TO NEBRASKA ALL THE DOCUMENTS(JUST IN CASE) WE CANNOT SEE WHAT IS THE REQUEST LETTER OF USCIS, SO WE JUST HAVE TO WAIT, ALSO THE OFFICER SAID THAT WE HAVE TO WAIT 30 DAYS... IT'S SUPPOSE THAT THIS DAYS WAS FOR THE APPOINTMENT FOR I-485.. BUT NOW WITH THIS PROBLEM I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG WE HAVE TO WAIT. I HOPE THE DIRECTOR THAT HAVE MY CASE CAN FIXED THIS MISUNDERTAND, I HAVE FAITH....THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT..

WLL, FINALLY THEY APPROVED THE I-140 IN JUN 12 2007, BUT NOW WE ARE OUTSIDE PROCESSING DATE, HOPE THEY CAN APPROVE SOON MY CASE, WISHING GOOD LUCK!!!!

I MEAN JANUARY 12 2007 (NOT JUN 12,)

I DON'T FEEL WELL..... I CHECKED MY EMAIL ...USCIS SEND ME A NOTICE THAT MY CASE WAS TRANSFERED TO LOCAL OFFICE ...AND I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR DECISION... I SAW A LOT APPROVED THE 23TH BUT MINE WAS SEND TO ANOTHER PLACE...I VERY SAT...HOPE DON'T HAVE A STROKE...CAUSE THIS MAKE ME SICK TOO MANY TIMES...PLEASE HELP ME WITH YOUR PRAYERS...THANKS

JHAWILLA : THE 22 OF MARCH NEBRASKA SEND ME A NOTICE BY EMAIL AND MAIL AND THEY TRANSFERRED OUR CASE TO MY LOCAL OFFICE , WHEN THEY DID THAT, THAT'S MEAN I PASSED, BUT THE BUT NEWS WAS...THAT WE WERE WAITING TO RECEIVED THE APPROVE NOTICE OF THE I-485 BY MAIL...BUT IF TOTALLY DIFFERENT NOW...CAUSE THEY JUST TRANSFERRED,,, NOW WE NEED TO WAIT FOR THE INTERVIEW AND FOR THE REQUIREMENTS......THIS VERY HARD A LOT ESTRESS CAUSE SINCE MAY 25 OF 2006 WE ARE ALMOST 1 YEAR .....I'M KEEPING MY CROSSING FINGERS...AND FAITH...HOPE YOU 'LL NEVER HAS THE SAME WAY LIKE ME..TAKE CARE...AND GOOD LUCK FOR EVERYBODY

I had a infopass the officer told us: your background is clearence righ now WOW we passed, now is just wait for our interview,,, i'm very nervous...

Our interview was fine faster and easy, we were really lucky, today my lawyer called me and she told me Congrat!! I spoked with the officer and he send the aproved to Nebraska you will receive the welcome letter and your GC soon, but he recomment if I need to go urgent to see my dad that is very sick he can stamp our passports but I don't know it is better to wait or used the advantage ...well I happy we are happy finally !!!! now just wait or go for the stamp, I want to see the GC ... Good luck everybody!!

In your case I suppose A GC has been already allocated before EB categories becomes unavailable. So luck guy you are!

Thanks Guru, I heard it about the news for the I485, well I don't know if Nebraska will send our GC soon when all this things happened, but I hope nothing can affect our GC, our lawyer said that it's better to use the letter of my dad's doctor so the officer at the local office can stamp our passports...I believe she is doing this because she is worry about Nebraska can made celay pur GC. what do you think? thanks for your reply...

We had the interview last Monday July 25, the lawyer was very familiar with this office, we said hi to the officer was a male, we gave him the Ids the passports the social cards and the employments cards then the questions was the same that you have in your form I485 and the Biography then he asked for the originals of the Birth Certificate and finally he said your case is clear I will send the approved as soon you guys can do the Fingerprints again,,,,and I said WHAT??? he told us that in his system doesn't show it the fingerprints for the I485 He said let me review what Nebraska did he shakes our hands and so we just said thanks and we were leaving from USCIS office we were talking with the lawyer and she said go with the office where you did the finger prints and they can check inthe system if you background is clear...so I did, and the superviser there told me it doesn't make sence why the officer in your interview couldn't see in the system the your fingerprints is clear....well finally today the lawyer went to see the officer that was in our interview... and she gave him the notice of our fingerprints that we did 12 months ago, he said I will send the approved file to the Department in this Local office and then they will send to Nebraska but he said I don't know how long can take for Nebraska to send them the GC...But he recommend to us to use the passports he can stamp it if we proof with a letter from the doctor of my dad .
