I am on L1A visa and didn't start it yet. But why EB1C is taking so long?
I believe that your RFE letter is your medical tests expired and you just need to renew them.

I am from Chicago area, BTW.

Quick question. Did your lawyer use the same Org Structure and Roles & Responsibilities which was submitted with the original petition or did he modify the charts and roles further in detail? My lawyer says, we cannot change the org chart and roles/responsibitilies from the original petition hence so have to resend that again as he thinks the officer did not take time to read it. My argument is, yes you can keep it, but do you need to elaborate even further in detail explaning it further one more level in detail?

I am not asking details of your case, but what was the approach your lawyer took? Trying to get an idea

Did you get this RFE for your I-140 or for I-485?
Anyway, your lawyer is right, keep the org chart and roles/responsibilities as in your original petition (I-140) as match as you can. The officer may just postpone your case because they don't have the capacity to handle a lot of pending cases and also wants to verify that you still work on the same position as originally submitted.
