Hi Deepu,

Thanks for your suggestions, i did followup with attorney and finally today they sent me scanned copy of approved i140 which was approved on 13 mar, however they said they will retain actual hard copy as it belongs to employer or something, is it ok to just have scanned copy ?

Yes maverick, you should be good with I-140 copy. In future if you want to move to different employer you just need a copy of I-140.
