Discuss nelsona's I-140 USCIS Case

hey ,, nelsona whats going on in your case? do you know what happen? I mean it is too long... right? so? what uscis said about this..?

Stuck in namecheck.

Pretty bad experience all round.

Got stuck for about 2 years in Missouri Labor. Then files I-140/I-485 concurrently in 2004. Atr that time NSC decided that they would do nothing on I-485 until I-140 was approved. So when mu I-140 was finally approved, EB3 quoata ran out in FY 2005. Was retrogressed for all of FY2006, during which time (April 2006) my namecheck was sent and has been stuck ever since.

Sorry about this, who can understand, some people submited later than us and they received first than us... I believe your patience can be strong, I had a problem for a RFE of the I-140 but finally we resolved in January 2007 since June 15 I'm waiting, and don't want to lose my faith tha soon they will send me an positive answer..... we did a inquiry and they changed the update but since now still the same, we had a case in 2000 but was denied for not evidence... we send everything but you never know We will insist... let me ask you: did you never write of mandamus? well my prayers are with you... take care... bye

NOW WE STILL WAITING, BUT WE DON'T KNOW IS THIS CAUSE WE RESPOND THE RFE LATE AND THATS WHY THIS PROCESS ARE TAKING LONG TIME ALMOST TWO MONTHS & HALF. BUT I LOOKING YOUR CASE VERY WEIRD, A LOT QUESTIONS.... CROSS MY MIND, BUT TELL ME ABOUT: HOW MANY WAYS DID YOU TRIED TO INSIST...???
