Yeah. My NIW was filed in 2017 in Nebraska center. However, the weird thing is that my perm-based I-140 was approved last week and my NIW was pending. Then my NIW was approved in a week. I assume that is the reason for such fast approval. (20 papers, 48 citations).

I thought EB2-NIW did not require PERM certification?
