i checked it online. I checked it on 30-Aug .. . i am not sure what you mean by "approval confirmation date".. is it the day status changed or is it the day USCIS notified the employer?

Got it. Thanks for answer. approval date is Aug 30 for you.
Recent time from forum understood that for many ppl, case is not updated online when it's aproved.
They had to know it from employer when they received the approval letter .
