Yes buddy. Our Employer is no way going to go for the Premium, its a regular application only, even I am surprise to see its approved within 3 months. I believe my real multi national experience (spent more than 5 years in Europe in multiple countries) played the key here.

BTW there is no premium processing under EB1C category for L1A... good you got approval without knowledge of this rule
