Not yet buddy. I got my EAD/AP on time but no news on the I-140 or I-485 at all. My lawyers tells me thats a good thing because apparently its a sign there is no RFE but i am not so sure. Lets hope for the best. I checked your profile and our cases seem similar. I see you filed I-140 in Aug and filed I-485 in Oct, same as me. I have classified myself as non-concurrent too. Not sure whether thats right since the I-485 has been filed before I-140 approval. We might be comparing ourselves with the wrong data on the tracker!
Hello Ashish, When did you get your EAD/AP approval? For us, the finger printing was taken in first week of Dec 2017 and there is no news of EAD/AP . I 140 was filed in August just like you and there is no news on that as well.
Hi sidhariom, i got approvals 2nd week of Jan and got the combo cards delivered soon after. Mine is TSC and they seem good about EAD/APs. I havent heard anything on the I-140 either. If you have heard that your case was trfd to a local office, it most likely means you have been approved and they are setting up interview for GC soon.
Yeah . My I 140 is with TSC and the initial status was that case has been transferred to local office followed by case has been transferred to another uscis office. no status update after that. Unfortunately all other applications are with NSC and they take their own sweet time. :)
For all those still waiting, i wanted to let you know that I approached the local Congressman to get a case status update and the approval came in within a week. I feel they genuinely try to help you and hence you may want to try that too. Best of luck and my wait for the coveted GC continues!
My status is also similar to yours. L1 extn in RFE while i140 approved and waiting for interview, Case timelines are more or less matching, Need your advise whether to withdraw the L1 a extn or continue with in
Hi prass90, apologies I missed your comment. It is good if you can get the L1 done as you dont have any issues when you travel out of the US. It will not really matter though.
