Hello, Can you please post the details of your RFE?

Also, what is the officer number who issued your RFE? you can find it at the bottom of the RFE letter.

Salam,

I have just read about your unfortunate situation. I was wondering if Chen takes your case to the court or that's the end?

Salaam,

Everybody's shocked by my denial. Victoria Chen called me herself and said, she had never had a client with my qualifications to get a denial.
We haven't still received the letter to see the reason. I might refile concurrently with them, and at the same time apply for O-1.

I hope everything gets okay. Keep us posted, we are all in the same boat and nobody deserves to get unboarded.

Hello tekoshar:

May I cordially know from you in regard to the attorney whom you work with for your O-1 visa application? Is your attorney working FOR YOUR O-1 approval V.Chen? I would definitely appreciate your experience.

Hey,

Yes my attorney was V.Chen and they did a very good job.

We were in the same boat in the past two years. However, I didn't choose to appeal but re-file to TSC (oversea). Hopefully your EB1B will get approved soon. Congrats again on your O-1 approval. I completely understand how much you have gone through.

Wow, I didn't know that.

I am still waiting on the appeal. I can't file EB1b once appeal is pending (I can but it won't get adjudicated). So I have to wait for the appeal results then decide how to proceed.

Please read my comment under spicole profile. Honestly, O-1, unlike H1-1B, can be extended unlimitedly. Its up to you to decide which side, either waiting for appeal result or withdrawing the old file (forget about it) and then refiling EB1B to NSC (move forward), is better for your personal life quality and your career. If getting your PR one or two years earlier doesn't change your current life and business too much, then waiting can be an option. For some careers, holding PR does matter. I think Chen felt guilty of not getting you arrive at the terminal in time so that you cannot be on board (me either). So she alternatively made your O-1 successfully done!

You're totally right. Honestly, I don't care if I get PR this year or next year as long as I can stay here and work!
