Thank you. I had 5 letters (3 independent, 2 dependent). I had 13 reviews for journals. My publication impact factors were relatively low.

original scientific, scholarly, artistic, or business-related contributions of major significance

authorship of scholarly articles in the field, in professional or major trade publications or other major media

individually or on a panel, as a judge of the work of others in the same or an allied field of specialization for which classification is sought

thank you. Iam a physical therapist with research background in Multiple sclerosis with very impactful work. 480 citations, 21 journal papers, 18 conference proceedings. 3 independent and 2 known Reco's. 2 media articles. Was never a judge of journals or others works. Claiming 110% higher pay than other physical therapists in the field. Showed last 2 paystubs and cumulative for this year.

this might sound odd but i will still ask you... what do you think are my chances?

Thank you!

Hi, that sounds like a great number of citations and papers. It seems like you'd have a great shot at those categories. The challenge is that I have heard there are some random officers at Nebraska Service Center who want thousands of citations. I must not have gotten one of those officers. I'm not sure how likely it is to get one of them.

I was told that 10 journal reviews were the minimum if claiming that category. I honestly don't know anything about claiming the pay category.

Overall, I think a lot of it will depend on how your lawyer has argued your case.

All the best - I'm sure you have a good shot.
