Received approval on the DHS/USCIS website. Thanks to everyone in the forum. My case was truly extraordinary in the sense...i had a MS degree only but true to the criteria EB1A goes beyond Ph.D, considering the overall contribution and impact of one's work. Happy to be recognized and granted this opportunity.

Did it really take ~9 months for the I140 to get approved. USCIS website shows only 3.5-6 months processing time
