Hi, I only know of one case that got approved in about 15 months. The rest are all pending (1.5 year plus)
It would be nice if other Iranian friends can share their data so we get an estimate on how long the check name for Iranians take.

Hi guys, I just joined and I heard from my lawyer that now it takes 15 months (in average) to get approved (I485). As you may know according to new regulations India and china are the worst ones and other than that I do not have any idea. I applied 9 months ago for my I485 and still is pending.

GC want,
No, I meant in average 15 months for EB2. Actually I looked through all countries and categories (you can do that too). What I found is that (according to these data provided by people like you and me) in AVERAGE some countries like Romania are lucky ones and some like Russia and... are not. However, you can see that still there is a huge difference between applicant from the same country and same category and even from the same service center. I am following my green card from 2001 but I had to file again in 2005 because of...
In your case I definitely contact them (Texas Center). In their official web site they mentioned that if your file has past 30 days from recent processing time (which now is October 27, 2006) you can contact them. so do that first and let us know what they say!! Here is the web site: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=TSC

let us know and good luck
