This is actually my wife's case. She's from China with a DMA (Doctor of Musical Arts) in Piano Pedagogy.

Hi I am from Taiwan too. My PD is 3/2/2020. However my case number (Lin2090244...) is smaller than your wife's (why?) Good luck to both of us!

@adama924

I'm not exactly sure, but we originally filed with Texas and the case was transferred to Nebraska. Also, according to my lawyer, it takes longer for USCIS to issue the receipt if i140/485 are filed together. We actually waited about 1 month to get the receipt. These two reasons could be why my receipt number is larger than yours

@adama924

No updates so far. I use an app to track about 100 cases before me, and the process has been extremely slow. There are many cases before me that haven't got an approval.

One good thing is that USCIS updated their processing time this morning at https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/. They moved the service inquiry date from Oct 2019 to Jan 15, 2020. I hope it's a sign that they have eliminated a good amount of backlogs.

@ adama924

Thanks for letting me know. In my own tracker, I still have 17 cases that have the same priority date (2/24) as mine. Last week I had 18, meaning that the 2/24 cases barely moved this week. I guess concurrent filing delays the process for some reason.

@ouchrush: It is interesting. Could you share with us your tracker app or page that you are using to monitor other cases?

@ lddvn

I use https://usciscrape-prod.herokuapp.com/ to find cases, and then I add them to "Case Tracker for USCIS" app, which is available on IOS.

Hi, sorry for the RFE. Just so you know that ETA-750B was submitted along with my NIW application.
Good luck!

Yes, ETA-750B is required to submit with NIW application.

I see. I consider myself lucky because the officer did not challenge the case itself. We were really worried about getting a tough officer and a RFE that would eventually lead to rejection no matter how well we prepare the response.

Next step: follow up my i131/i765 application. I haven't got the receipt number yet. It's been a month...
