how were you able to open an SR? Shouldnt your notice date be more than 30 days outside the current processing date?

Vargren1,
I was hoping you'd be able to help me out. I have an approved EB2 I-140 but recently IO told my lawyer I've been categorized under EB3. This is very shocking news to me because I'm waiting for my greencard as my name check is pending more than 180 days. I have an infopass appointment on Monday. Do you think this is something they'd resolve soon? Was your experience similar?

THANKS

Sorry dude i just saw ur comment, try talking to a IO or take a Infopass, when I took one the lady was rude and she said check your I140 ur class will be mentioned there. Better try calling the IO over the phone and inquire with them that is how i did mine and I really dont know if that resovled the case because that IO was suppose to call me and never heard from her. So when u call get the IO 's name too, so u can call and ask ther update of ur case with that IO and that person will know more on ur case.

Best of luck, try to fax first lady and senator about ur case
