soft LUDs on 4/25 & on 5/23 not sure if AC21 would cause soft LUDs twice. Did not file AR-11. Recently filed AR-11 on Jul -21 not sure if that cause the approval :)

Did you call USCIS and find out why it is taking this long and did you request for a service request?

Hi pjalan, I remember you had resigned with ur 140 pending and you were conerned about rfe's. So what happened after that man.

Looks like u could convince your employer not to withdraw ur 140 and respond to rfe. please share your experience.

I wanted to know if your asked your company to not kill your 140 OR they just didnt kill it.

I am confident that I wont get RFEs but I am not sure about my company not withdrawing my 140. Did you speak with your company regarding that?

SRC 07276-----

Actually I am debating if I should bring thi stopic up with my boss/HR at all. If I do then it slike planting idea in their mind, however not speaking may also guarantee withdrawl. I am torn between two choices.

Yes, I may talk to the company lawyer. But only after they fire me. Coz I still dont know what would happen tommorow, 80% chance I will be fired, 20% I will get a 15 day.

Congrats. I dont quite get this one...

"Did not file AR-11. Recently filed AR-11 on Jul -21 not sure if that cause the approval :) " The I-140 would go to your lawyer/employer. So you wouldnt need to update that piece on your AR-11 online only the 485 ???

Thanks

"Did not file AR-11. Recently filed AR-11 on Jul -21 not sure if that cause the approval :) "

Comments are cascading...first one is from past then on Jul-21 filed AR-11. I agree abt I140 but I still filed an AR-11 just in case.
