Hey,
I am just curious what is the qualification required for EB2-NIW? Currently I am in EB3 category and want to file one more I140 in NIW category.

are you a scientist with a PhD? an engineer? a physician? can your work improve health care, the economy or the national security above and beyond what a regular American worker with your education level can do? do you have published papers cited by your peers or can you show scholarship and specific achievements that relates to "actual" improvement of bla bla bla, not just "potential" improvement of bla bla bla?

if not, you do not qualify for NIW.

Thanks for your reply. My I140 filed under EB2 has been approved. As of now I have abandoned my efforts for EB1. However, I appreciate your reply. If not for me it will be helpful to others.
