Mine is EB1B filed by employer, not EB1A.

Hello there. Any updates on the case? I filed a few days after yours.. so just curious.. I was advised 5-8 months time line and I guess its not accurate... appreciate any thoughts/updates.. does your employer provide any guidance on adjudication time frame?

On the same boat (EB1B - Nebraska Center), except for me it has been 400+ days. I am seriously considering premium processing now.

Reading somewhere that USCIS is prioritizing the humanitarian cases, (e.g. Refugee and Asylum Cases, Temporary Protected Status, Victims of Trafficking and Violence etc.) and most likely that is the government policy. That's why the employment based petitions are being delayed.

Thank you. Do you mean it has been 400+ days for rest of your colleagues? Since your notice date 26 Sep 2023, you are still within 12.5 months right?

@Brotin005 - Yeah, that was their response to my query to being outside the processing times.
@Dreameraj - my case has been 400+ days.

I learnt someone at my work filed EB1B around mid August at Nebraska and still has not heard back. Hopefully you get good news soon.
