I have 10+ years of IT experience ( 2+ year in USA) and more tha 8 years in India/overseas and holding Master degree in compuetrs from India. Multinational working experience, certification and awards. In this scenario, can go to EB2 with NIW. Please share you ideas.

EB-2 NIW is filled by individuals holding advanced degree like masters or Phd . The national interest waiver means - requesting a waiver of labor certification i.e job offer or sponsorship from employer. You have to prove that your contribution to a particular field is of substantial merit and hiring a person with the same minimum qualification will adversely affect the national interest in this field as your past contribution attests that you will prospectively benefit the nation compared to another person who may not be able to contribute similarly. If you work in a federally funded project or work benefits the nation, then you are eligible for this category. I strongly suggest that you take the opinion of an immigration attorney for an hour worth of consultation fee( usually-$300-$500) this purpose.
