u r EB2 ROW.....u have an A+++ chance in getting I-485 approval, in a much faster time, than the other unfortunate folks under EB3 & backlogged EB2 nations. G Luck.

would you mind sharing the name of your employer. My employer has a similar contract.. but nothing on papers... I have been with my employer for 1.5 yrs.. and the when I joined, The agreement on words was 2 years... becoz they gave me labor..
