What is going with your application? Any reason of denial?

We still don't know. We are waiting for the denial notice, but our lawyer said that it might be because this is a secondary I-140 (we only use 1 (one) labor approval).
We keep you posted.

The denial notice said that the labor requirement didn't specify that the company need a master degree nor 5 years experience (when the company advertised the job opening). We are still thinking whether we need to appeal or we don't.
