Sorry to hear the denial news. Did you mail your application directly to TSC or to NSC and then fwd to TSC?

Efiled on 07/29/2007
Supporting document send and recieved on 07/31/2007 along with EAD and AP
EAD and AP transferred to California WAC
Presumabley my supporting documents also went there and got lost

Hi,

Can I file O-1 EXTENSION WHILE EB1 (I-140 and I-485) is pending.

I already has O-1 status right now and wants to apply for extension.
