Hi anshlk77,
my case is very similar to you.
NoticeDate 13/Jul/2007, concurrent, EB3
except my sub Labor is Mar 2005
besides, I also receive my first LUD on 07/27/2008
I think we are process at the same time.

excatly same case as you anshilk77. In fact notice date, labor date , EB3 all matches.. I hv't got a LUD yet :(

Guys i have my 1-140 same as anshlk77 aswell, but my substitution was sep 2001.
I got a LUD on 7/27/2008.
I see lots of July and August 2007 140 being approved before ours, any reason, any clues?
