Lawyer got the Intent to Deny notice by mail on Jan 14, 09. Both lawyer and employer didn't informed this to me and the online status still shows that the 1st RFE response received on Jan 7, 09 and the case is still pending.

Lawyer responded on Feb 16th and he told me that it will be OK. (i doubt?? the Respond by date on the notice says February 16). I am really very upset about this.
