mssk, sorry to hear that.

Mine denied due to missing the initial document package. USCIS recv'd on 8/1/07, now they tell me that they never received them.

What are the options for you now? Can you resend the documents and re-open the case?

Mssk, Sorry! to hear that.

Do you know why your case is denied? Are there any RFEs before denial?

Same with me, but for me, they are saying just the Original Labor Certification missing. I am trying thru AILA but their response takes about 4 weeks and we have to file a MTR within 30 days. So its tricky

Yes, my case was denied due to missing documents. I have filed for MTE and Apeal. No response yet. It looks like the lawyers have messed up our cases. After filing 1-140 electronically, they are supposed to mail the supporting docs seperately for I-140 and I-485 while what they did was they sent a single package for both I-485 and I-140 when they filed for I-485.

Congrats mssk. For me it was within 14 days after we filed MTR. I am sure you would have a difficult time during 6+ months it took for approval. Enjoy!!!
