Sorry. I should have been more clear.

The Labor was for a 4 year bachelor degee. I have a 3 year Bachelor degree in Computer Science and a 1 Year Bachelor Honors in Computer Science. We submitted an evaluation that stated that the 1 year bachelor honors, for which a 3-year bachelor, is a requirement for admission is equivalent to a 4- year US Bachelor.

Please note that this is not the same as saying 3 + 1 = 4 year of education. It is the Bachelor Honor that was deemed to be equal to the US degree and satisfied the single source requirement..
