Your case is very close to mine. I think your I140 approval is coming soon.

I think EB2 is current for everybody at this point. So your approval is coming soon too. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

I am from India so EB2 is not current for my priority date right now it is apr 2004.
If you are from ROW then EB2 is current.

i am on a 1099.. my lawyers tell me it shouldnt be a problem. any thoughts

I have sent the request of correct my name on 140, then new soft LUD on 6/21/2008.
Still pending with no change. I hope this journey is over soon.

hi, Echoshin, did you file SR or contact USCIS? why your case takes so long? Di you take any action on it?

I asked my lawyer for SR, he said that I am still in the frame of the processing time, so it is no use at this time. I called uscis few times, they said "keep waiting". I am very frustrated myself too. What about you your case?
