No.. nothing yet... Now that EB3 visa numbers are Unavailable, I see majority approvals are EB2s....

What is your H1B extension filing date?

05-05-08. Why did you file EB3? MIne is a three year degree case so had no choice.
I hope some immigration reform could speed up EB3.

Well, I could have filed EB2, but needed the extension more than the card itself...

I could not apply for PERM before end of the sixth year... and so wanted to avoid getting an audit for EB2 with a 5 year Bachelor + Masters degree. So needed the PERM approval ASAP to apply and hope for I-140 approval... and hence the EB3 filing!

Keeping my fingers crossed....
