It's right. If we look in tracker, currently in TSC, they are working on july, 2008 EB2 casess... so any time you can get magic mail...mine filed in aug, 2008...hope for the best.

Actually mine is at Nebraska, how do you look in tracker to find out what dates service centers are working on especially for TSC and NEB?

for Nebraska, I guess currenty they are looking on june, 2009. Filter on Service Center and then EB2, sort of USCIS Receiving date descending, check for approved rows...Hope it will help.
