I was getting paid by 2 other companies also owned by my boss. Didn't know that it would be a problem. I had to explain that all 3 companies are owned by my sponsor. Did you also get a RFE?

no.. i PD is not current yet.. but i hope i will current next month or so... i want to learn more abt the RFE on 485s..thanks for the info..

Actually the RFE was for my I-140. I haven't gotten an RFE on my I-485 application yet though.

ok..then can u please say 'no' for RFE here on 485.. the trend does not consider RFE cases:)

Good to hear, congratulations! I got an RFE, they're asking for an employment verification letter. I'll send it via express mail early next week, hopefully I can get my approval soon after.
