After replying to your RFE on Jan 15 2010, how many SLUDs did u get till 05 April 2010.. ..What were the the different steps u faced after replying to ur RFE? I am looking for a way to track my case after the RFE...... Did u interview/finger print between Jan 15 2010 and April 5 2010?..Whay did it take u 3 months to get ur GC after repling to ur RFE?

no SLUDs until 4/5. I had infopass appointment every week and finally an officer helped me out. I had interview on 9/15/09 and they didn't take any action until 12/31 when they issued a RFE then no action again until 4/5. They are really lazy. I would recommend following-up until they get sick and tired of you.
