What was your RFE about? Did you use a substituted Labor?

I never received RFE but they rejected my 485 package 7 times due to misunderstanding of free structure by new contractor of USCIS. finally they accepted my application after 6 months. I did received 2 EAD and 3 fingure print, waiting for AC21 response by USCIS
