Hey vigakka - no, the receipt date is August 15th. Why do you think it should be June 15th?

I like the 0.5% argument. Spill overs should go to one single line, first come first serve.

ROW babies, that should be fair right? You get your reserved spot in the line like all others, with a special quota privilege for you! Would that help you grow up?
