Wow you were lucky, I am from the UK and have been waiting for 217 days. I wonder why there is such a big difference in time periods. I work for a company with 200 employees and they have not been through the process before. Has your company done this before?

My date is same as yours (nidsrf/gaijin2008/SUMPI)... I-140 still untouched. I work for a company with 50,000+ employees and many employees have gone (and going) through the process ... dont why there is difference in time periods ... anybody???

You may want to ask your law firm to followup and see where exactly is the bottleneck. I know that this year the volume was double that of last year. I would wait for a week or so and see how it goes - I bet your 140/485 should be in process.

I also tried (without success) calling Texas Service Center but could not get hold of anyone to talk to.

I spoke with the lawyers and they said there is nothing to do until the processing dates are current.

Processing dates are current - you guys should expect Green cards in few weeks
