No the appeal was denied and the 485 was denied along with it

Sorry to hear that. How long did the appeal stay in pending. Did you try to file a new labor cert. and a new I-140?

I think the appealed stayed in pending for almost 1.5 years.

I was done with my Masters so I filed in EB2. 485 was filed on 11/1/2012. Waiting for it to be approved.
